Free Your Facia & Find Your Flow

Yeni describes herself as a lifestyle artist, fascinated by fascia, movement, emotions, frequency and the interconnectedness of how we live.

Her own experience of chronic pain led her down the rabbit hole of fascia - this extraordinary web connecting us from head to toe - and into exploring functional movement, fascial slings and different ways of restoring flow within the body.

In 2022, Yeni discovered the fascial maneuvers of Human Garage, which became a powerful part of her own journey and something she began sharing with others.

Her approach is grounded in lived experience rather than having the answers. She believes each body and each journey is unique, and that we can learn to become our own practitioners - slowing down, listening and becoming curious about what our bodies are communicating.

For Yeni, it’s all about flow, connection and community. When we feel restricted, physically or emotionally, we can lose that sense of flow. Through movement, awareness and being heard and held in community, we can begin creating that space again.

Inspired by the fascial maneuvers of Human Garage, this workshop is an accessible journey through movement, breath and self-applied pressure, suitable for all bodies and levels of experience.
Together we will slow down and explore the fascial web, using gentle movement and breath to create space, release areas of restriction and bring awareness to places within the body we may have become disconnected from.

Rather than trying to force or “fix” the body, we become curious about it - noticing sensation, breath, movement and where we may be holding.
The practice is an invitation to drop into our heart-space, reconnect with our bodies and return to flow - individually, while experiencing the power of moving and sharing together in community.

ABOUT HUMAN GARAGE:

Human Garage is a movement and wellness philosophy centred around the body’s fascial system — the connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body. Through Fascial Maneuvers, a practice combining intentional movement, breath and awareness, Human Garage offers simple tools to release tension, support mobility, regulate stress and deepen connection with the body.

This embodied practice invites you to slow down, listen inward and explore the relationship between fascia, movement, breath and emotional wellbeing.
