In this transformative workshop, you’ll be guided through the foundations of EFT Tapping – a simple, powerful mind-body technique designed to help release emotional blocks, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Using gentle fingertip tapping on specific acupressure points, EFT can help reduce anxiety, shift limiting beliefs, and restore a sense of calm and clarity.

This session is both experiential and supportive, inviting you to explore how EFT can be used as a daily self-regulation tool for emotional empowerment, spiritual reconnection, and feminine well-being.
